We have three individuals extremely qualified for riding instructor staff. The staff has experience at four different world shows. All staff have either placed top ten, or had students win the nation/ world. Star Stables has a unique opportunity were we can provide beginning instructing through advanced training. In the past we have provided schools, churches, YMCA, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts barn tours and riding. We are set up for beginners with seven lesson horses to pick from. Also, we will instruct advance students on their own horse. Lessons are offered Monday through Thursday in the evenings. Generally students ride one hr a week on the same day and time month after month. Please call to get an appointed time according to your skill level and age. We provide coaching on the weekends at shows. We instruct off site on the weekends for advanced riders.

LEASE:
All the lesson horses are offered for a partial lease. A person who is in the lesson program may lease a horse they have been instructed on. Leasing means you get to ride, show a horse when it is not being used for lessons. Horses are available on a first come first serve basis. Leasing is $350.00 per month. The barn provides bridle, saddle, horseshoes, vet work and worming. The lessee must help maintain the stall. Horses may be rode anytime throughout the week and weekend by the lessee. Typically throughout the twenty plus years I have leased we have never had a problem of overuse of an animal. The lessee is informed of what times lessons are being held. Although I have had adults lease generally children the age of 10 to 18 lease a horse and then show it in 4-H. I have had some people lease horses for breed shows also. Horses may be leased for recreational riding for trails also.
